1. Introduction

Welcome to Engeez, a technology platform that connects customers with independent courier partners for the delivery of physical goods within Jordan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Engeez mobile application and related services (the “Platform”). This agreement is between: Neuss for Application Development (“Engeez”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and You (“User”, “Customer”, or “Courier Partner”). By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan.

PART A – GENERAL TERMS

(APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS)

2. Nature of the Platform

Engeez operates as a technology intermediary platform that: • Enables customers to request shipment services • Enables independent courier partners to accept and fulfill delivery requests • Facilitates communication and tracking between parties Engeez does not directly provide transportation services and does not employ courier partners.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform: • You must be at least 18 years old. • You must provide accurate and complete registration information. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to: • Use the Platform for illegal activities • Send prohibited or unlawful goods • Misuse personal data of other users • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Payments and Wallet System

• Customers may fund their wallet through approved payment methods. • Wallet balances may only be used for physical shipment services. • Engeez does not sell digital goods or subscriptions. • All fees are displayed within the app before confirming an order. • Users are responsible for verifying payment details before confirming transactions. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Company policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under Jordanian law: • The Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. • Engeez is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond reasonable control. • Engeez is not responsible for actions or omissions of independent courier partners. • Total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

PART B – CUSTOMER TERMS

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to: • Provide accurate pickup and delivery details • Ensure goods are lawful and properly packaged • Not request delivery of prohibited or dangerous items • Be available to receive communications regarding the shipment Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of shipment contents.

10. Prohibited Items

Customers may not request delivery of: • Illegal substances • Weapons or explosives • Counterfeit goods • Stolen property • Any goods prohibited under Jordanian law Engeez reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of violating these restrictions.

11. Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability: • Additional fees may apply. • Orders may be canceled according to Company policy. Customers must report disputes within 30 days of the delivery date.

PART C – COURIER PARTNER TERMS

12. Independent Contractor Status

Courier Partners operate as independent service providers. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between Engeez and the Courier Partner. Courier Partners are responsible for: • Their own taxes • Vehicle expenses • Insurance coverage • Regulatory compliance

13. Courier Requirements

Courier Partners must: • Be at least 18 years old • Hold a valid Jordanian national ID • Hold a valid driving license • Maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance • Complete required identity verification Failure to maintain required documentation may result in suspension.

14. Courier Responsibilities

Courier Partners agree to: • Provide timely and professional delivery services • Handle shipments with reasonable care • Comply with all traffic and safety laws • Use the Engeez app for delivery communications • Maintain professional conduct with customers

15. Courier Payments

• Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries. • Payout schedules are specified within the app. • Service fees may be deducted as disclosed. • Couriers are responsible for declaring income under Jordanian tax regulations. • Payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days.

16. Insurance and Incidents

Courier Partners must maintain valid vehicle insurance. All accidents or delivery incidents must be reported immediately through the Platform. Engeez may provide limited shipment coverage subject to internal policies and applicable limits.

PART D – GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

17. Intellectual Property

All content within the Engeez Platform, including logos, text, and software, is the property of Neuss for Application Development and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

18. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of Jordan.
